Kursus asas skop sistem elektrik ini bertujuan memberikan penerangan dan gambaran jelas terhadap asas sistem pemasangan elektrik dan ict. Menerangkan asas skop yang terlibat, pengkelasan dan kategori peralatan perubatan serta proses kerja pemasangan peralatan perubatan yang terlibat dibawah skop elektrik. Earthing System Keperluan sistem adalah berdasarkan kepada anggaran beban dan cadangan pihak JKR serta semakan dengan pihak utiliti (projek konvensional). Bagi projek Reka & Bina, pihak kontraktor perlu menyemak dengan pihak utiliti serta memastikan keperluan pihak utiliti serta kos telah diambil kira di dalam cadangan petender.

SKOP KERJA ELEKTRIK 3 .2 Low Voltage (LV) System Isolated Power System Bekalan elektrik kritikal yang membekalkan bekalan terhadap peralatan perubatan atau peralatan elektrik untuk kawasan yang kritikal iaitu berdasarkan kepada IEC 60634-7-710 berdasarkan kepada requirements of supplying power to medical locations group 2 equipment location. Memastikan bekalan elektrik kekal dibekalkan bagi kawasan yang dinyatakan tanpa berlaku gangguan kuasa seperti peralatan sokongan hayat , OT department, Intensive Care Unit atau di kawasan di mana prosedur intra jantung dilakukan. Sistem Voltan Rendah: Peralatan Kabel Pembuluh / Sesalur (Konduit / Trunking) Kabel PVC digunakan. Pembuluh dan sesalur memberikan perlindungan mekanikal. Pembuluh dan sesalur terdapat dua jenis iaitu galvanised Steel (G.S) atau PVC. Sesuai semua jenis permukaan tetapi kurang sesuai dari segi astetik (tidak cantik). Oleh itu warna Sesalur / trunking perlu dicatkan sama dengan warna dinding agar nampak cantik

Sistem Voltan Rendah: Peralatan Kabel Dulang (Tray) Kabel perbagai jenis sesuai digunakan dan hanya tempat terlindung dari bahaya kerosakan mekanikal dibenarkan untuk pendawaian jenis ini. Dulang tidak mempunyai penutup dan hanya memberi sokongan kepada kabel dan bukan melindungi kabel.

3 . SKOP KERJA ELEKTRIK Nurse Call System The system shall be of the following features and facilities: i. Patient station with normal call cord receptacle, call reassurance lights, call/cancel button and nurse assist button located at each patient bed. ii. Staff registration, emergency call station equipped with speech facilities located at each patient bed. iii. Toilet and bath stations shall have a water resistance membrane and include a pull cord or membrane call point as appropriate, call reassurance lamp and reset button. iv. Over door light and zone light shall be installed at ward entrances, lobby, and toilet and multi bed wards and shall be clearly visible from a distance of 30 metres in the ambient light conditions.

4 .1 Keperluan Umum bagi Skop ICT Kontraktor WAJIB melantik; Perunding ICT: Berdaftar kementerian Kewangan Malaysia dengan kod bidang 330114-Kejuruteraan Telekomunikasi Kontraktor ICT: Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) dengan kategori ME dan kelayakan dalam E07, E08 dan E14 . ( Rujukan klausa Appendix ICT: 1.5 dan 1.6 di dalam Need Statement ) Bagi Item Structured Cabling System (End-To-End) perlu memperoleh sijil jaminan produk & prestasi daripada pembekal kabel bagi tempoh minimum 25 tahun . (Rujuk klausa Appendix ICT: 1.2.13 di dalam Need Statement) 4 . SKOP KERJA ICT

4 .1 Keperluan Umum bagi Skop ICT Kontraktor hendaklah menyediakan sistem yang lengkap (perkakasan dan perisian) Menggunakan teknologi terkini, Sekurang-kurangnya ENAM(6) bulan sebelum tarikh pemasangan ( Rujuk Klausa Appendix ICT: 1.1.5 di dalam Need Statement ) Kontraktor hendaklah membantu pelanggan untuk berurusan dengan pihak pembekal talian (ISP dan MAMPU (120 hari sebelum CPC) untuk permohonan masuk talian/perkhidmatan. Rekabentuk Green Data Centre menggunakan teknologi hyper converged infrastructure, Smart Row Concept atau teknologi terkini. 4 . SKOP KERJA ICT

4 .8 In-Building Coverage (IBC) - Cellular System Kajian kebolehalaksanaan dan sert laporan kepada Pegawai Penguasa untuk dimajukan kepada Agensi Pelanggan dan permohonan SKMM Kajian perlu dilibatkan dengan Network Facilities provider (NFP) Telco bagi kawasan projek Sekiranya dilaksanakan - Kerja-kerja pemasangan infra (Kabel/Antenna) perlu di koordinasi antara NFP Telco dengan Kerja Kontraktor Utama Insuran NFP & kelulusan semua aktivit kerja ditapak perlu melalui Pihak Kontraktor Utama sebagai Pemilik Tapak Bina 4 . SURGICAL TABLE The surgical tables shall be suitable for general and specialist operations. They shall have four sections and capable of 360 degree top rotation The tables shall have full length radio translucent top, traversing top with removable lower trunk section for perennial position without lifting, extendible control handles for Trendelenburg and reverse and lateral tilt and X-ray cassette holders. The lighting levels of the main lights shall be adjustable continuously or in several steps. The colour temperature of the light output shall be approximately 3900-4750 degree K.
