AFTER USING THE TOILET. AFTER COUGHING OR SNEEZING. AFTER TOUCHING AN ANIMAL, ANIMAL FEED, OR ANIMAL WASTE. AFTER TOUCHING GARBAGE.

BRUSHING BRUSHING TEETH IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR DENTAL CARE ROUTINE. BRUSH YOUR TEETH TWICE A DAY WITH A SOFT-BRISTLED BRUSH. THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF YOUR BRUSH SHOULD FIT YOUR MOUTH, ALLOWING IT TO REACH ALL AREAS EASILY. REPLACE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH EVERY THREE OR FOUR MONTHS, OR SOONER IF THE BRISTLES ARE FRAYED. A WORN TOOTHBRUSH WON’T DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING YOUR TEETH. MEET YOUR DENTIST REGULARLY FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ORAL DISEASE.

SNEEZING AND YAWNING TO AVOID SPREADING FLU GERMS, COVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE WHEN YOU SNEEZE.THE FLU VIRUS IS PASSED FROM ONE PERSON TO THE OTHER THROUGH THE FLUIDS SECRETED FROM OUR MOUTH AND NOSE WHEN WE COUGH OR SNEEZE. YOU SHOULD COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU YAWN OR SNEEZE.

CARE FOR YOUR HAIR EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE WASH YOUR HAIR WITH SHAMPOO, SQUEEZE OUT THE EXTRA WATER AND DRY IT WITH THE HELP OF A TOWEL. WE SHOULD GENTLY DRY OUR HAIR WITH A TOWEL. WE SHOULD COMB OUR HAIR CAREFULLY. WASHING AND CONDITIONING OUR HAIR PROPERLY IS VERY NECESSARY.
