5. Nail Hygiene To help prevent the spread of germs and nail infections Keep nails short and trim them often. Avoid biting or picking at your nails, as this can lead to infection, bleeding, or pain

6. Ear hygiene Regular cleaning helps remove wax, dirt, that can accumulate in the ear canal and lead to infections, ear blockage . Avoid using Cotton swabs can push earwax deeper into the ear canal, potentially causing damage or even eardrum perforation.
