PERSONAL INTEGRITYPERSONAL INTEGRITY
By B.Dheva (AIT-07-006)

A strongly held sense of commitment to
openness, honesty, inclusiveness and high
standards in undertaking the leadership
role.
From the Latin - "integer" = whole

Integrity means you stick to your personal code
of conduct. You stick to what you decide is
right and wrong.
When you live with integrity, you succeed. You
are open and honest. Your life is uncomplicated
and less stressful.
When you have good integrity you have no
reason to lie. You can look at yourself in the
mirror. You have nothing to hide.

Courage…..Courage…..
Personal integrity takes courage.
Through living with personal integrity
others notice that we can be trusted.
Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a rich man
who is perverse in his speech and is a fool.
