Management as Activity Management: A process - task management is the practice of recording personnel’s day-to-day accomplishments in an order in which they are done.

Management as As a Profession It is also an occupation as it has characteristics that allow it to be so. A profession is called a career in which one acquires knowledge and undergoes training series to fit perfectly into that role.
