What is an ePhilID?
The ePhilID shows the person's PhilSys Card Number (PCN) and basic
demographic information such as:
Last Name
Given Name
Middle NameSuffix
Sex Marital Status
Blood Type
Address
Date and Place of BirthFront-facing
Photograph
QR Code
ePhiID Generation Date
●The QR Codecontains details such
as demographic information as
mentioned, as well as a front-
facing photo of the person.
●It also uses public-private key
cryptography to ensure that the
information in the QR Code
cannot be tampered with.
ePhilID QR Code
Mode 1 – The registered individual goes to the nearest
registration to request for the printing of his/her ePhilID
Mode 2 (Print and Deliver) –PSA has taken the initiative to pre-
generate the ePhilIDof registredpersons whose PhilSys
Number (PSN) are already available and adopted another mode
of distribution to ensure that the generated ePhilIDsare
received by and/or delivered to registered person

verification in relation to their

Any windows computer or android smartphone with a
camera and internet browser with internet access can use
the PhilSys ✔.
The system can be accessed by anyone, without the need to
interface nor sign any agreement with PSA.
Who Can Access PhilSys ✔?
GENERAL RULE FOR
PHILID QR CODE SCANNING
Capture quality of 720p or higher
Optimal distance from the scanner is from 3 to 7 inches
Scanning can be done while holding the PhilID card or laying on flat
surface
No visual effects and enhancements
Well-lit operating environment
Ensure all four (4) edges of the QR code are captured
