Health care delivery system are promoted and preserved to provide effective health services to all without any discrimination .

4. “PHILOSOPHY OF WORKING TOGETHER UNDER A COMPETENT LEADER FOR THE COMMON GOOD” The willingness of human beings to share the responsibility of helping each other is the basis of modern concept of community health .

5. It emphasizes on community organization, people’s participation, working through community groups, with the people and for the people for their mutual benefits, change in behavior and health practices . Democratic team functioning is based on the philosophy .

The ultimate aim of community health care services is to help people to help themselves i.e. Self care.

7. “PHILOSOPHY OF SOCIALISM” It implies that society has the obligations to protect and ensure health of people. Social and political system is responsible to plan and organize a system to provide services to all.
