Physical Fitness Is the body’s ability to function effectively and efficiently without undue fatigue in work, leisure activities to meet emergency situations and resist diseases from sedentary lifestyle.
Leisure Leisure refers to free time or time spent doing activities that are enjoyable, relaxing , and not related to work or other responsibilities. It is a period of time when individuals can engage in hobbies, sports, entertainment, or simply rest and recharge. Leisure activities can vary greatly depending on personal preferences and interests, and can include things like reading, watching movies, playing sports, traveling, gardening, or spending time with friends and family.

Muscular Strength Define as the maximum pull or push that can be exerted one time by a music group.
Cardio Vascular Endurance The ability of the lungs, heart and blood vessels to deliver adequate amounts of oxygen to the cells to meet the demands of prolonged physical activity.
Body Composition Refers to proportion of lean body mass to fat body mass.

Muscular Endurance The ability of muscle to exert maximal effort in a brief duration. Example Activity : Planking
Skill- Related fitness Skill-related fitness refers to a set of physical attributes and abilities that are directly related to performance in various sports and activities. These attributes include agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed. Skill-related fitness is important for athletes and individuals who engage in activities that require specific physical skills and abilities. Developing and improving skill-related fitness can enhance performance and overall athletic ability.
Speed The ability to perform a task or move from one point to another in a shortest possible time . Example Activity 40 meter sprint
Agility The ability to quickly shift or change direction of the body from one point to the other. Example Activity Hexagon Agility Test
Power The ability to perform one maximum effort in the shortest possible time. It is the product of both strength and speed. Example activity Power jump test
Balance The ability to stay in equilibrium in relation to changes in body position. Static- demonstrated in stationary position. Dynamic – demonstrated while the body is moving. Example Activity Stork Balance Stand Test
Reaction time Is the amount of time it takes to respond to stimulus. Example Activity Stick Drop Test
Coordination Is the integration with hand and/ or foot movements with senses. Example Activity Stick Flip
