P 222A: resource use and development conclusion With regard to the environmental and natural resources (ENR) sector, Quezon City envisions a clean, green, resilient, and sustainable environment that is conducive to healthy city living and is attractive not only to the local residents but also to visitors. In order to measure the city’s success in achieving this goal, RaPIDS indicators for the ENR sector were carefully identified, taking into account the vision and development needs of Quezon City. A total of twelve (12) indicators were selected based on the ENR sectoral vision descriptors and were grouped into: (1) Clean Environment, (2) Green Environment, (3) Resilient City, and (4) Sustainable Urban Development.
