mandatoryforallProcuringEntities.
TheHeadofaProcuringEntityoran
officerauthorisedbyhim/hershall
approvetheProcurementPlan.
TheProcuringEntityshallprepareall
ProcurementPlansinaformatissuedby
theCPTU.

notpermittedtosplittheprocurementrequirement
(packages)intosuccessivesmallerpackagesof
lowervaluewiththeintentionofavoiding:a

Iftheestimatedtotalcostofasingleprocurement
objecthavingtwoormorelots(contracts)thatare
tobeprocuredissuchthatthetotalcostofthat
procurementobjectfallsundertheapproval
