Gurgaon. Right from the stage of the survey to the actual packing and unpacking
process, I felt completely at ease with the personnel assigned by PMR for the various
tasks. No. of folks sent for the job were more than what was requested, which helped
since I had a lot of stuff and the packing itself took 1.5 days. What was really nice was
that PMR was flexible in getting the loading done 1 day ahead of schedule once they
realized that the packing activity was getting done sooner than expected. This flexibility
was awesome.
Even though there were so many people in the house during the packing procedure,
all employees were extremely soft spoken, humble, were enjoying and having fun while
doing their work with all seriousness. This really helped us, since we didn't feel hassled
with the folks in the house. Everything was getting done very smoothly, in a tension
free atmosphere.
Even though PMR costed me a lot more than someone like Agarwal Packers, I'm still
happy to have gone with PMR, just 'cos I felt extremely safe while interacting with the
workers at PMR.
During the unpacking process, PMR didn't just dump the stuff in the house, but gave
us ample time to explain where a certain box needs to be unpacked and didn't rush
the job. They also left 20 odd boxes unpacked and with us, 'cos we hadn't yet figured
out where we'd like to unpack them. All this flexibility was extremely welcome. I would
definitely recommend PMR to friends and families. It was a great experience.
