Information Management LBQPM JV PMC Pre-Construction Phase LBQPM JV will manage Design Issues, Constructability Issues, Long lead material Issues, Inter Contractor Coordination Issues, Engineering Issues, Safety Issues. The management of data related to the above includes the use of various types of software tools to produce reports and dashboards related to planning, cost, scheduling and project progress review etc. The use of Aconex to combine these various data outputs into a single shared environment is underway and will continue to expand as the project progresses. LBQPM JV will manage the total project life cycle from concept design to project closeout.
