Information Management LBQPM JV PMC Pre-Construction Phase LBQPM JV will manage Design Issues, Constructability Issues, Long lead material Issues, Inter Contractor Coordination Issues, Engineering Issues, Safety Issues. The management of data related to the above includes the use of various types of software tools to produce reports and dashboards related to planning, cost, scheduling and project progress review etc. The use of Aconex to combine these various data outputs into a single shared environment is underway and will continue to expand as the project progresses. LBQPM JV will manage the total project life cycle from concept design to project closeout. Awareness of various Processes involved in Project Management and detail study of multiple constraints of project like Time-Cost-Risk-Scope-Quality-Resource are an integral part of any project management consultancy Note: insert note
Information Management Construction Phase Aconex PMC use: Contractors: The PMC will ensure all contractors will collaborate within Aconex environment to deliver the following: To manage scope change, and processes like RFIs, and their subcontractors deliverables. To connect disconnected construction delivery teams on site to their home office support teams. Collect and share reporting data living in a variety of systems or in hard copy formats into shared collaboration environment.
