shouldbeavailableatPMSMAFacility.
•MinimumMBBSMOshouldbetherewithavailabilityof
BasicLabTestServices&EDLdrugsatfacility.
•ForfacilitydonothaveUSGservices,candoMOUwith
privateclinics.

5. Pre -requisites for Health Facilities organizing

• ANM/GNM
• BEmOCtrained Medical Officer
• Lab Technician
• Pharmacist
• ANM/SN/ trained in counselling
2. USG:Sonologist/Radiologist for USG
(In house or from private sector).
3. Lab Investigations:
• Hemoglobin
• Urine Albumin and Sugar Blood Sugar
• Malaria
• VDRL, HIV, Blood Sugar
• Blood Grouping

• SBA Trained ANM/GNM
• Obstetrician and Gynecologist (In
house or from private sector)/ CEmOC
trained Medical Officer
