5. Ultrasound First choice Low cost Finding - large and numerous cysts of varying size in parenchyma. 29-73%of patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease have cysts in the liver.

6. CT finding Finding – both kidneys essentially replaced by innumerable cysts. Cysts may calcify and ring like irregular structure.

7. Treatment Kidney cyst growth- Tolvaptan is a pill that swallow that slows how fast kidney cyst grow. High blood pressure-keep high blood pressure under control. Can slow the disease and kidney damage.

8. Kidney failure –dialysis or kidney transplant.
