Leave Policy 1.Earned Leaves 2.5 days per month/30 days per annum Can carry forward 30 earned leaves (get laps in next year If not utilized) 2.Casual leaves 1.5days per month/18days per annum Employee below age of 40 can carry 24 Casual leaves Employee at age of 40 and above can carry 24 Casual leaves 3.Bereavement leave Up to 10 days 4.
