6. *TERMS & CONDITION*
•The discounted rates are valid for Cash payment and in case of TPA/Insurance patient discount is applicable for
payment above insurance limit at Apollo hospitals.
•The discounted rates offered for services covered under the proposal shall be applicable and valid at all Apollo
entity (Hospitals, Clinics & Apollo Spectra) PAN INDIA as services specifically mentioned
•This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions, discounts, or discount vouchers.
•Discount is applicable only for the All India Marwari Yuva Manch members & their dependents post
validation/confirmation of their valid All India Marwari Yuva Manch membership through its id card.

•Special price is applicable only on above mentioned packages and cannot be clubbed with any other
packages/tests/offers. Dependents (parents, parents-in-law, spouses, and children, till the age of 21) can also avail of the
packages. However, the charges need to be settled, at the time of availing the service by the employee/dependent.

8. *PROCESS TO AVAIL BENIFITS*
•Any patient who wishes to avail benefits under our MOU with Apollo need to get in touch with the AIMYM Co-Ordinator.

WhatsApp followed by a formal email.
•The details shall include patient name, age, gender and attendant details along with mobile number.
•Once the same is confirmed by hospital we will confirm you and send number of person to be contacted once you reach
hospital.
•Please note this information has to reach the hospital before the patient is admitted.
•Entire process may take 6-8 hours time, kindly inform us well in advance in case of any admission or to avail any other
services in Apollo group of Hospitals.

9. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
•Discount is applicable only for Cash patients. In case of TPA/Insurance the discounts shall be applicable on the
amount over and above insurance limit which is being paid by the user/customer/ to the Apollo unit from his own
pocket.
•Discounts on investigations are not applicable for any outsourced tests @ Apollo Hospitals, (many locations do
have it).
•No Discount applicable for Proton Therapy and TOMO Procedures only @ Apollo Proton Cancer Centre
