ensure that their products meet the customers' requirements
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is proof of their commitment towards quality. They also received HACCP certificate on 25/02/24.
As sustainability and product safety gain increasing importance in packaging, Nikita Containers has positioned itself strategically by
focusing on tin plate containers—an eco-conscious choice known for its recyclability, durability, protective properties.
Milestones
As part of a CSR project with AIM for SEVA, their Group has funded the construction of a student home at Chilamathur (Andhra
Pradesh), located near the border of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in Chittoor district. The student home was inaugurated in
August 2014 and has the capacity to house 30 boys on nearly 3000 square feet of built-up area.
2018 - Commissioned Asia’s first 4th Generation fully automated Printing Line from Crabtree UK along with high-speed UV curing.
2017 - Obtained ISO 9001-2015 for the Pondicherry & Chennai units.
2012 - Started exporting Talcum Containers to Baylis & Harding, UK.
The promoters bring over 40 years of experience in the tin container industry. Nikita's facility features a fully automated 4th Generation
Crabtree printing line from the UK. A UV chamber, dust-proof printing area, epoxy-coated shop floor ensures pharma-grade hygiene.
With 70+ power presses, the plant enables high-speed, precision fabrication for premium packaging.

15. CONCLUSION
My internship at Nikita Containers Pvt. Ltd., helped me to gain valuable insights into the interconnected
functions of production, human resources, compliance in a real-time industrial environment. This
experience not only deepened my theoretical understanding but also sharpened my practical skills in
documentation, people management, legal frameworks and financial operations. I discovered how each
department contributes to a common goal delivering quality products while ensuring employee well-
being, safety, efficiency. My interactions with professionals in HR, safety, quality control, production
management gave me clarity on industry expectations and workplace dynamics. This internship has
strengthened my confidence and inspired me to further explore opportunities in HR operations,
manufacturing systems, organizational strategy and helped me to learn Awareness of safety procedures,
risk prevention during industrial processes, Application of sustainable practices like waste reduction,
energy conservation and gained insights of company-wide quality policies and supplier-employee
synergy. Through discussing with department heads and frontline employees, I observed how effective
leadership shapes departmental coordination, goal setting, and process optimization. This hands-on
exposure strengthened my belief in continuous improvement, attention to detail, and the vital role of
empathy and structure in workforce management.
