DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL AND PRIVATE HOSPITAL GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL PRIVATE HOSPITAL A private hospital is one which is owned and governed by a person or many people who are managing the whole finances on their own. The fees of a private hospital are higher than that of a public hospital. A public hospital, on the other hand, is completely and entirely run on the government’s funding and money. It should be noted that most of the time public hospitals offer their services free of charge or for reduced rates.
In a public hospital, since the services are mostly free, waiting time is longer. Number of patients per doctor is lesser in public hospitals. In a private hospital, waiting time is less. If you have money, you can get you operation done very quickly. Number of patients per doctor is higher in public hospitals.

The hospitals are Victoria, Bowring & Lady Curzon, Vani Vilas and Minto , kc general hospital and each will have a team comprising five to seven members who will be trained in handling, segregating and disposing of biomedical waste in a safe manner.
Environmentalist A.N. Yellappa Reddy, who inaugurated the training programme , said there was a dire need for an organised biowaste management system considering it was expected to grow by 40 per cent in the next two decades.
Superintendents of the four hospitals who were present outlined various steps such as, 1. Funds availability 2. Biomedical waste segregation 3 . Employing authorized contractors for handling hazardous waste and setting up effluent treatment plants.
CONCLUSION The government hospital is good but it is need to improve much. The generic medicine should supply in a large quantity. % of the doctor must be increased. Proper maintenance and clean should be maintained.
