Compression molding   A popular manufacturing technique in the composite industry Involves applying heat and pressure to mold composite materials into a specific shape

Diffusion bonding: Matrix and reinforcement materials are stacked and bonded together at high temperature through diffusion, suitable for producing fiber -reinforced composites. 

Spark plasma sintering (SPS): A high-energy sintering process using electric sparks to achieve rapid consolidation of metal matrix composites with high density. 

Centrifugal casting: Utilizes centrifugal force to distribute reinforcement particles within the molten metal, creating functionally graded materials. 

Friction stir processing (FSP): A solid-state process where a rotating tool is used to embed reinforcement particles into a metal matrix. 

Factors to consider when choosing a fabrication method: Complexity of the part geometry: Some methods, like squeeze casting, are better suited for complex shapes than others.  Desired mechanical properties: Different fabrication techniques can influence the final properties of the composite.  Cost and production volume: Stir casting is generally considered a low-cost method for high volume production, while techniques like diffusion bonding may be more expensive for smaller quantities.
