P engertian penyakit menular seksual Penyakit menular seksual adalah penyakit yang ditularkan melalui hubungan seksual.Penyakit menular seksual akan lebih beresiko apabila melakukan hubungan seksual dengan berganti - ganti pasangan baik melalui vagina,oral maupun anal. Infeksi menular seksual atau penyakit menular seksual adalah infeksi yang menular melalui hubungan intim . Penyakit ini umumnya ditandai dengan ruam atau lepuh , keputihan , dan nyeri di area kelamin . Ada banyak jenis penyakit menular seksual , di antaranya  , sifilis,hepatitis B dan HIV. 3. Tanda dan Gejala Penyakit Menular Seksual Rasa nyeri pada perut bagian bawah . Pengeluaran lender pada vagina/ alat kelamin . Keputihan berwarma putih susu.bergumpal dan disertai rasa gatal dan kemerahan pada alat kelamin atau sekitamya . Keputihan yang berbusa,kehijauan,berbau busuk,dan gatal . Timbul becak-bercak darah setelah berhubungan seks . Bintil-bintil berisi cairan,lecet atau borok pada alat kelamin . Rasa sakit atau nyeri pada saat kencing atau berhubungan seksual .

Macam macam penyakit Sifilis Pengertian siflis Sifilis merupakan salah satu IMS ( infeksi menular seksual ) yang menimbulkan kondisi cukup parah misalnya infeksi otak ( neurosifilis ), kecacatan tubuh ( guma ). Pada populasi ibu hamil yang terinfeksi sifilis , bila tidak diobati dengan adekuat , akan menyebabkan 67% kehamilan berakhir dengan abortus, lahir mati , atau infeksi neonates ( sifilis kongenital ).

5. Gejala sifilis Ruam yang tampak seperti masalah kulit biasa ini umumnya terlihat coklat kemerahan , kecil , padat , datar atau terangkat pada kulit setinggi kurang dari 2 sentimeter (cm). Ada luka kecil terbuka pada selaput lendir pada lapisan kulit . Ada luka berisi nanah atau luka lembab , seperti kutil . Pada orang berkulit gelap , warna luka mungkin terlihat lebih terang dibandingkan dengan kulit di sekitarnya .

Prinsip : Test ini meliputi deteksi antibody HIV-1 dan HIV-2 oleh protein immunodominant pada virus HIV yang sudah dilumpuhkan dalam membran.Antigen pengikatnya adalah protein rekombinan dari HIV-1 pada region gp-120 dan gp-41 juga termasuk rekombinan gp-36. Keberadaan HIV ½ IgM dan IgG dapat dinyatakan dengan konjugat protein A. Adanya antibody positif dapat dibaca dengan terbentuknya garis ungu - keunguan pada membran (region T). 11. 3 . Hepatitis B a. Pengertian Hepatitis b Hepatitis B adalah peradangan organ hati yang disebabkan oleh virus hepatitis B. Virus ini dapat menular melalui hubungan seksual atau berbagi jarum suntik.Infeksi hepatitis B merupakan penyakit yang tidak bertahan lama dalam tubuh penderita dan akan sembuh sendiri tanpa pengobatan khusus . Kondisi ini disebut dengan hepatitis akut atau infeksi hepatitis B akut . Akan tetapi , infeksi hepatitis B juga dapat menetap dan bertahan dalam tubuh seseorang ( menjadi kronis ). b. Gejala hepatitis B Hepatitis B sering kali tidak menimbulkan gejala , sehingga penderitanya tidak menyadari bahwa dia telah terinfeksi . Meski demikian , gejala tetap dapat muncul setelah 1-5 bulan sejak pertama kali terpapar virus. Gejala yang dapat muncul adalah demam , sakit kepala , mual , muntah , lemas , serta penyakit kuning
