Conclusiones
Se efectuó el alineamiento y la filogenia de treinta secuencias del GEN 16s rRNA
mediante la aplicación de software libre MEGA: Análisis de Genética Evolutiva
Molecular la cual permitió mostrar la historia evolutiva generando un árbol optimo con
30 secuencias de nucleótidos.
