Live Centre enables customers to be cost competitive while
turning jobs on CNC turning machines & manual lathes. TIP wear during
machining the jobs with Centr support, is an inherent problem associated with
every Live Center. This cause higher run-out and damage to Center holes of
the jobs machined. Moreover, productivity is reduced due to higher downtime.

Live Centrs have heavy-duty bearing arrangement which is
designed for high-load, high-rpm conditions prevailing on CNC machines. The
bearings are lubricated for life. Effective Labyrinth type Seal prevents coolant
entry. Centres are manufactured in Morse Tapers MT3, MT4, MT5 & MT6. Also
there is a choice of various shapes of Tips for different type of jobs. Used worn
Tips can be replaced with fresh Tips.
