This feature is used to record employees
attendance data by clocking-in and
clocking-out. It is mandatory for hubbers to
clock-in everyday. Our HR team will recap
the attendance data at the end of the
month and send them to each client.

Procedure on Taking Leave
NOTIFY DIRECT MANAGER AND INFORM ASSIGNED TSA
REQUEST TIME OFF ON TALENTA
The employee must request time-off on Talenta for leaves record. Our HR
Team will process & approve the request after confirming with respective
Talent Success Associate.
The employee needs to propose the annual leave request by email or any
communication channel to their manager and notifies the respective
Talent Success Associate. The request will only be proceeded under their
manager’s approval.

Hubbers are required to use Bank Mandiri for salary
disbursement to avoid any delay
PAYROLL
Payslip will be uploaded on Talenta/sent to hubbers'
registered email. The password to open the payslip is
your date of birth:

The reimbursement will be paid the soonest on the payday
Rejected claims can be resubmitted in the following months
(maximum 1x resubmission)
