new procedures and placards !!
Cost Effective Solution:
PFS can provide a wall to wall machine specific lockout procedures audit, recording data
using state of the art PC tablet technology. This will help you verify compliance with your
own company standards and OSHA. If non-conformances are found, PFS will discuss the
findings with you and provide a cost effective quote to return those machines to compliance.
For equipment found to be in compliance, digital photos of your procedures will be taken and
entered into the Factory Solutions Software and only retrieved and drawn in the graphics
package when a need or change occurs.
This service allows you to upgrade your existing program with PFS bar coded lockout
placards drawn to your standards. Moving forward, you will have data available to you while
on the plant floor and a quick, cost effective, change management process for your machine
specific lockout procedures and employee re-training.

Temporary Full Time Assistance:
If your Company is in the ramp up stage of a new manufacturing facility or process, or if you

Continuous Part Time Safety Services:
