5. DEFINICIÓN Denominamos arte urbano o arte callejero  a todo el arte realizado en las calles o con referencia a este estilo. El arte urbano mas conocido es el graffitti, pero también acapara otras formas de expresión artística callejera y diferentes tipos de técnicas como: (murales, tags , plantillas, stencil , pegatinas, entre otras) Es un arte que surge siempre en barrios periféricos y en muchos casos tiene un alto contenido político, de hecho sus inicios posiblemente sea en el  París en la segunda mitad de los años 60.

6. ALGUNOS EJEMPLOS DE ARTE URBANO

7. El nacimiento del arte urbano fue de la mano con el nacimiento del graffiti , que en un principio apenas difundía consignas políticas en las calles de la ciudad. Poco a poco fue convirtiéndose en un arte plástico, y las bandas de graffiteros competían entre sí por la hegemonía de la zona, al tiempo que dejaban un mensaje al orden social establecido. Paulatinamente aparecieron otras técnicas y formas de intervención, como el esténcil o el cartelismo. EL ORIGEN

14. El arte urbano no debe confundirse con el arte público. Ambos comparten el hecho de estar emplazados en la ciudad, pero se diferencian en que el arte urbano es ilegal y por tanto, está sujeto a ser removido de un momento a otro, es efímero. En cambio, el arte público es legal, forma parte de los planes de urbanización del Estado y tiene carácter patrimonial, por lo cual aspira a la perpetuidad y recibe mantenimiento. 25. ¿Qué es el Stencil? El Stencil art. Es un método consiste en estampar diseños pasando la pintura a una superficie a través de una plantilla. También conocido como estarcido esta técnica artística pareciera reciente pero no lo es, se remonta hacia unos 39.000 años de antigüedad.

26. Algunos ejemplos de Stencil famosos

27. ¿COMÓ SE HACE UN STENCIL? Para realizar esta técnica es necesario realizar una plantilla. Pero ¿Que es una plantilla de stencil? Originalmente la plantilla del primer stencil fueron las manos, pero ya desde el siglo 105 d.C los egipcios utilizaban el cuero o el papiro para realizar sus decoraciones. Y no fue hasta el siglo 105 que los chinos crearon la plantilla de papel para aplicarlas sobre superficies mas delicadas como tela o porcelana.

28. Sabiendo que la plantilla es el elemento más importante, podemos aplicarla en tela, seda, madera, latón e incluso paredes. El único requisito es que en ella se haya recortado previamente el dibujo o el patrón de diseño. A partir de ahí, se apoyará contra otra superficie y se aplicará la pintura escogida

El término graffiti viene del italiano y a su vez del nombre dado a las inscripciones satíricas en espacios públicos hechas durante el Imperio Romano, conocidas como graffito , y que son su más remoto antecedente. Este término sin embargo se popularizó enormemente a partir de su incorporación a la cultura callejera estadounidense, así como a los movimientos contraculturales como el hip-hop y distintas tribus urbanas, que empleaban este tipo de arte como forma de expresión. ¿Que es el Graffiti ?

Como realizar el cubo Para concluir la actividad debemos realizar con el cartón piedra un cubo de 20cmx20cm y se debe realizar en cada uno de los lados de este un estilo de Graffiti de los vistos en la clase. La aplicación del estilo debe ser colorida y mezclando colores y el delíneado caracterisco de los estilos vistos en la clase 20cm 20cm 4cm
