Bullying, also known as bullying, is an
aggressive and repetitive behavior that
involves an imbalance of power between the
aggressor and the victim. It manifests itself in
various ways and can have serious
consequences for the mental and emotional
health of those involved.
WHAT IS BULLYING AND ITS TYPES?

defamation and hurtful comments directed at the
victim repeatedly. This type of harassment can
cause emotional and psychological damage.

pushing, hitting, kicking or any form of unwanted
physical contact. Physical bullying can cause
physical injuries and trauma to the victim

exclusion, defamation, rumors and social
manipulation to isolate or marginalize the victim
from their social environment. This type of
harassment can generate isolation and self-esteem
problems in the victim.

harassment that is carried out through
digital media, such as social networks,
text messages, emails, etc.

persistent, causing emotional and
psychological harm to the victim.

difficulty establishing positive relationships, and feel excluded from their school
environment.
