3. 01. Introducción Asesorías J A C O Empresa creada por estudiantes para satisfacer las necesidades de usuarios en base a los problemas presentados, innovando una aplicación para sistemas computacionales a través de conocimientos adquiridos en lenguaje Java.

Formulación del Problema Mejorar la organización, formación y agrupamiento de los datos registrados en el área de asesorías del edificio de gobierno de la escuela CECyT 8 “Narciso Bassols”, donde el principal problema es la gestión de la información que se guarda y poder tener acceso a ella de una forma fácil.

5. 2.1 Oportunidades 2.2 Objetivos Crear y mantener una mejor estructura para el fácil manejo de la información que esta registrada, buscando la mejor forma para que sea accesible tanto a maestros como alumnos. Lograr un mejor control para el área académica y proporcionar una base de datos junto con una aplicación que permita a los usuarios agregar, eliminar, buscar y visualizar las tablas de datos.

Investigación Bibliográfica Se han utilizado fuentes de información como material del área encargada de las asesorías además de fuentes de consulta como docentes y personal de la misma área dentro del edificio de gobierno. 3.1. Recopilación de la Información Se ha obtenido las necesidades y ahora sabemos que debemos proporcionar distintas tablas y menús con opciones para dirigir a cada una de las ventanas.

7. 04. Realización del Proyecto Conociendo las necesidades y los requerimientos de los usuarios podemos comenzar a elaborar el proyecto, comenzando creando la base de datos 4.1. Implementación Desarrollaremos tablas de organización asociadas a una base de datos para lograr obtener una consulta en base a los maestros, alumnos y materias registradas.

8. 4.2. Recursos Para este proyecto se utilizó el lenguaje Java mediante el uso del programa NetBeans, además para la creación de la base de datos se hizo uso del programa MySQL, y posteriormente se relacionaron ambos trabajos para el correcto funcionamiento. 4.3. Metodología Texto…
