Introducción 01 Que podemos decir de amor…
El amor es… Por ejemplo, se puede pensar en el amor al prójimo, en el amor a los hijos o a los padres, en el amor hacia la pareja, en el amor a Dios. Cada tipo de amor suele tener características especiales, pero algunos aspectos, como el respeto y el cuidado, son básicos y comunes a todas estas formas en que se manifiesta este sentimiento. El amor es un sentimiento de afecto y entrega hacia alguien o algo. En un sentido amplio, es el afecto genuino entre las personas, el deseo de dar y de recibir, de acercarse y ocuparse de otros. El amor se manifiesta con diferentes características según el caso.
El amor es… A lo largo de la historia, cada cultura ha construido y definido diferentes modos de amar. Por ejemplo, hasta hace algún tiempo primaba un ideal de amor incondicional, que suponía que las relaciones amorosas debían durar para siempre. En la actualidad, los vínculos tienden a ser menos sólidos y más intensos pero efímeros, pasajeros. Existe una tendencia al individualismo, es decir, que las personas se enfocan más en sus propios intereses y esperan que los demás se adapten a ellos.

Amor loco, Amor químico En esta columna, el autor español Antonio Muñoz Molina explora los paralelos entre las antiguas historias de amores y pociones con las investigaciones modernas sobre las hormonas del amor, como la oxitocina y la vasopresina.
Ars Amandi En la antigua Roma, Ovidio escribió "Ars Amandi" (El Arte de Amar), un poema didáctico que ofrecía consejos sobre cómo enamorar y mantener relaciones amorosas. Esta obra refleja la visión del amor en la época clásica.
Cómo es… El largo poema está dividido en tres libros . El primero de ellos recoge varios trucos sobre dónde encontrar a la mujer perfecta con la que tener una aventura y cómo propiciar encuentros fortuitos con ella. En ese sentido, Ovidio propone algunas festividades o lugares populares (como el circo), donde sentarte cerca de ella y enredarla con tus engaños. El segundo libro explica cómo mantener tu amor; y el tercero lo dedica enteramente a las mujeres.
Amor Cortes Durante la Edad Media, surgió el concepto del "amor cortés", una tradición lírica que idealizaba el amor caballeresco y platónico. Los trovadores y poetas expresaban su devoción a una dama inalcanzable.
Amor Cortes El amor cortés es un concepto literario originado en la Europa medieval que reflejaba el amor de manera noble, sincera y caballeresca . Este tipo de amor se desarrolló en la poesía lírica, donde los trovadores, poetas provenzales de condición noble, eran figuras destacadas en este tema. Se establecía una relación entre el caballero y la dama comparable a la de vasallaje, siendo generalmente secreta y entre miembros de la nobleza, ya que los matrimonios eran arreglados por conveniencia.
