Pengertian Hukum Islam Hukum Islam merupakan hukum-hukum Allah yang diwahyukan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW baik yang berupa perkataan, perbuatan atau pengakuan yang terkandung di dalam al-Qur’an maupun di dalam sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk disampaikan kepada manusia. Tujuan umum Hukum Islam dalam menetapkan hukum-hukumnya adalah mewujudkan kemaslahatan-kemaslahatan manusia dengan menjamin hal-hal yang menjadi kebutuhan pokok mereka ( dharuri ) dan pemenuhan kebutuhan-kebutuhan sekunder mereka ( hajiyat ), serta kebaikan-kebaikan mereka ( tahsiniyat ).
