2. Landasan Hukum terbentuknya Hubungan Industri dalam suatu sekolah adalah Undang-undang nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen telah mengamanatkan bahwa setiap guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya harus mempunyai program/ rencana atau rencana pembelajaran serta mengevaluasi hasil kegiatan proses belajar mengajar sehingga dapat dicapai hasil yang maksimal sesuai yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat , pemerintah , sekolah serta guru itu sendiri . Oleh karenanya setiap tenaga kependidikan khususnya guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya harus selalu membuat perencanaan terlebih dahulu . Dalam hal ini , Hubin membantu kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan Hubungan Masyarakat dan dunia usaha - dunia industry, serta menyusun dan melaksanakan program kerja , mengarahkan , membina , memimpin , mengawasi , mengkordinakasikan pelaksanaan tugas khususnya dibidang kerjasama dengan masyarakat dan dunia usaha serta industry yang relevan , serta memasarkan tamatan . 3. Latar Belakang 01 Maksud adanya program kerja ini dapat membantu kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan sekolah sesuai dengan Visi Misi Sekolah . . Maksud 02 Membantu kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugas hubungan masyarakat dan industri , meliputi menyusun dan melaksanakan program kerja , mengarahkan , mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan tugas , khususnya kerjasama dengan DU/DI yang relevan Tujuan 03 Mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dalam melaksanakan tugas internal maupun eksternal dan Membuat kontrak kerjasama dengan pihak Dunia industri / Dunia Usaha . Wewenang 04 Tercapainya kerjasama yang baik antara sekolah dengan dunia industri / dunia usaha dan mengupayakan setiap siswa mendapatkan tempat Prakerin yang relevan dan sesuai syarat yang ditentukan baik oleh pihak sekolah maupun pihak DU/DI. PROGRAM KERJA 1st 2st 3st 4st Merencanakan program kerja hubungan dunia industri / dunia usaha dan masyarakat Mengkoordinasikan dengan ketua program keahlian tentang program kerja hubungan industri / dunia usaha dan masyarakat serta pelaksanaannya Merencanakan program kerja hubungan industri setiap program keahlian dalam pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri ( prakerin ) Membuat peta kerja dunia industri / dunia usaha yang relevan dengan program keahlian dan BK .

5. PROGRAM KERJA Mengundang dan mengkoordinir guru tamu dari dunia industri / dunia usaha untuk memberikan bahan ajar di sekolah 06 Mengawasi pelaksanaan prakerin bersama ketua program keahlian 07 Membuat Bursa kerja Khusus ( BKK ) bersama dengan BK dan Ka Program keahlian . . 7. PELAKSANAAN Terselenggaranya pertemuan Kepala Sekolah dan Komite Sekolah sesuai rencana dan berjalan dengan lancar Pertemuan orangtua atau wali murid Memantapkan pengenalan siswa terhadap situasi atau lingkungan dunia kerja sebagai persiapan memasuki dunia kerja yang sebenarnya . Praktik Kerja Lapangan ( PKL ) Mengenalkan SMK Kemala Bhayangkari delog di masyarakat khususnya di lingkungan SMP Kota Jakarta Selatan. Promosi Terdapatnya kerjasama yang nyata dan saling menguntungkan , serta membantu terserapnya lulusan dalam dunia kerja . Kerjasama Industri atau Instansi Terkait Menanamkan motivasi ketertarikan dunia usaha dan mengenalkan dunia usaha serta lingkungannya kepada peserta didik . Kunjungan Industri

Harian Mingguan Bulanan Mengawasi pelaksanaan monitoring PKL Membuat laporan bulanan Melayani perusahaan dalam program PKL Berkorrdinasi dengan management sekolah Bernegosiasi dalam pembuatan MOU dengan industry terkait Periode Bulanan Mengkordinir pelaksanaan prakerin Melayani tamu yang merupakan pasangan institusi atau pihak external lainnya Membuat Surat Tugas untuk guru pembimbing PKL Menugaskan guru dalam mengatasi hambatan - hambatan dalam PKL Periode Harian Konsultasi denga n Industri pasangan dalam hal pelaksanaan PKL Berkordinasi dengan Kepala Program bila ada hal – hal yang belum terselesaikan Membagi tugas dengan Kepala Program Periode Mingguan Jadwal Kegiatan Hubin SMK KBD SMK Kemala Bhayangkari Delog merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang berfungsi sebagai pendidikan formal yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Sekolah . Fungsi Kepala Sekolah diantaranya sebagai pimpinan administratif dan supervisor memiliki banyak tugas yang tidak mungkin seluruhnya dapat ditangani sendiri , maka dalam melaksanakan tugasnya didelegasikan kepada guru yang diberikan tugas sebagai Staff Kepala Sekolah . Dalam hal ini Hubin menjalankan tugasnya dibagi menjadi 3 periode yaitu
