Heinrich Lack of Facilities Lack of Awareness Lack of Compliance Laws ( Undang-Undang , UU):  There are several main laws, such as Law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation Government Regulations ( Peraturan Pemerintah , PP):  Several government regulations are related to traffic, such as PP No. 79 of 2013 and PP No. 37 of 2017 Traffic signs; Road markings; Traffic Signaling Equipment; street lighting equipment; Road User control and safety devices; road monitoring and security equipment; facilities for bicycles, pedestrians and the disabled; And supporting facilities for Road Traffic and Transportation activities on the Road and outside the Road. Traffic Awareness Traffic awareness refers to a person's understanding, knowledge and attention to the rules and situations on the road. This includes understanding the importance of safety, the risks involved, and correct behavior when on the road. Awareness is internal and comes from a personal understanding of the importance of staying safe Traffic Compliance Traffic compliance refers to the act of following traffic rules and regulations that have been established by the relevant authorities. These are external behaviors that demonstrate that a person is following applicable rules, regardless of whether they do so out of conscious awareness or external pressure (such as supervision or punishment).

8. DIFFERENCES AWARENESS & COMPLIANCE Motivation: Awareness: Driven by personal understanding and the desire to maintain safety. Compliance: Driven by the desire to follow rules, often because of the presence of penalties or supervision. Nature: Awareness: Internal and related to individual attitudes and understanding. Compliance: External and evident in the actual actions of following rules. Continuity: Awareness: Typically ongoing and consistent because it stems from personal understanding. Compliance: May be temporary, for instance, only when there is supervision or traffic enforcement.
