carried out learning projects, during school hours,
which are aimed at students attending our courses.
In this way we have proposed, over time, an

your cultural growth. In this way, living at school

growth and a stimulus to learning, respecting the
evolutionary phases, encouraging knowledge and
expression of oneself and relationships with others.
HISTORY
The school, in its central and coordinated locations,
is positioned in an area with a strong tourist-food
and wine vocation.
Tourist activities in the areas of Brindisi and
Carovigno - a Legambiente presidium, as they are
part of the "coast of the agricultural park of
centuries-old olive trees" tourist area - are a driving
force for the production of food and wine goods
and services and for landscape investment.
