It includes such aspects as a healthy diet, regular physical activity, rejection of bad habits, control over the emotional state, sufficient rest and sleep.

The importance of water consumption Water plays an important role in our body, participating in many vital processes. It is needed to regulate body temperature, maintain proper functioning of organs and systems, metabolism, moisturize the skin and relieve stress.

the harm of sugar on the body Sugar is the body's original source of energy, but excessive consumption can lead to negative effects. The harm of sugar to the body includes the following aspects: Increased risk of obesity increased risk of diabetes negative impact on heart health development of dental caries impact on mood and energy

Healthy sleep Healthy sleep is part of our overall health and well-being. Here are some key reasons why good sleep is important: 1. Restoration of the body 2. Increased cognitive abilities 3.
