These are sentences that cause exclamation or emotion.
To use exclamations use: how and so before adjectives and adverbs:
How wonderful! It is so beautiful!

adjectives + nouns:
What a surprise! It is such a wonderful place!

We can also use such + a /an + adjective + noun + (that)
It was such a boring film that he left the cinema.
