Definition Of Detention ,Rejection ,Seafood Detention : Detention is the act or fact of detaining or holding back specially; holding in custody. Rejection : The act of refusing to accept , use or believe someone or something. Seafood :Seafood is any form of sea lite regarded or food by human .
Border Cases For Seafood The term border cases in used to describe any situation where a fish product is detained, rejected , destroyed returned to sender or removed even if only temporarily from the trade flow. With respect to marine product and processed marine products , the border case were based on the following non compliance of the regulation. Decomposed ,hazardous or poisonous. Products without complete sanitation/health certificate. Products with undesignated additives uses. Food or additives that do not meet specification and standards. Apparatus or containers/packages that do not meet specifications and standards.
