INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH INSURANCE
INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH INSURANCE The evolution of Health Insurance is a milestone in the insurance sector which has gained immense popularity. Many Public and Private Health Insurance companies under the regulation of IRDAI are coming with various new additions in health insurance. Health Insurance is a financial security for health with a price tag called “ Premium” which is paid in advance against sudden critical illness. The Covid-19 Pandemic affected the whole world. The Health Insurance which covered most of the critical illness failed to cover the Covid-19 Pandemic to health insurance holders which was a major setback. Now, various health insurance companies have come forward and included Covid-19 special insurance package which can be purchased at a comparatively low premium. To conclude, we can say that life is precious so is our health.
