Presentationis a means of communication
which can be adapted to various Speaking
situations,
Such as talking to a group,addressinga
meeting ,or briefing a team.

Skill:
A skillis the ability to perform a task or activity
competently, often as a result of training,
practice, or experience.

Presentation skill:
Effective presentation skills are important
because they help keep a presentation
interesting ,help the presenter communicate
with confidence ,and motivate the audience to
listen .

1.Practice, Practice:
As popular saying goes, practice make perfect.
The easiest way to improve your presentation
skill is to practice.Practicingalone in front of
mirror.

2.Make eye contact:
No one wants to sit through a presentation
where The presenter is fixated on his or her
shoes,hiscomputer screen and anywhere else
but the audience.

3.Be confident:
When you are a nervous, your audience is not
going to believe a word you say.Ifyou want
your audience to give you a time,thenyou are
going to have to work hard for it.

4: Engage with your audience:
Your audience is going to be spending their
time listening to you.. Make it worth their while.
Respect them and address them as fellow
human beings. Don’t disrespect them by
ignoring them

5. Apperance:
Make you adressedand groomed
appropriately and in keeping with the
audience’s expectation.
Wear comfortable shoes to weight Your feet
evenly.
Allow yourself to move a bit.

6.Style:
You already have a style don’t try to copy
other.
Use words and sentences you use innormal
days.
Be your self.

7.Factor for successful presentation:
Be over prepared.
Rehearse and practice.
Grip on your topic.
Know your subject.
Be positive.
Avoid stress.

8.Flaws in presentation.
Lack of experience.
Lack of enthusiasm .
Lack of practice.
Lack of related material.
Lack of confidence.
Hesitation
