3. LED : HOW IT WORKS ? LEDs works on the principle of Electroluminescence. When current flows across a diode negative electrons move one way and positive holes moves the other way . The density of electrons and holes at the junction gets high enough to recombine with each other . This recombination process releases energy in the form of light .
