As the Change Management Manager for our SAP implementation project, he/she will be responsible for leading and overseeing the change management activities to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new SAP ERP system. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and end-users to develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies, experience in SAP implementation projects, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Ensure the correct technical implementation, contribute to test scenario & test cases development, conduct functional User Acceptance Tests, design and conduct end-user training, and facilitate the live start. III. Change Management Manager: Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the SAP implementation project, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with project leaders and key stakeholders to identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to overcome them. Conduct change impact assessments to understand how the SAP implementation will affect different business units and end-users. Design and execute change management communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed about the project's progress, changes, and benefits. Lead the development and delivery of training programs for end-users, ensuring they are adequately prepared to use the SAP system effectively. Work closely with the project team to identify and address any organizational readiness gaps and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Facilitate change management workshops and sessions to build awareness and support for the SAP implementation across the organization. Collaborate with HR and department managers to address people-related issues, provide coaching, and support the adoption of the new SAP processes and systems. Establish and monitor key change management metrics to evaluate the success and effectiveness of change initiatives. Ensure that change management activities are aligned with the project timeline and integrated into the overall project plan. Anticipate and proactively address potential resistance or challenges related to the SAP implementation. Communicate and report change management progress and outcomes to project sponsors and senior leadership III. Change Management Manager: Key Responsibility

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Change Management Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing change in SAP implementation projects. In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in developing and executing change management plans, including communication and training strategies, in large-scale IT projects. Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and their impact on business processes and organizational structure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide teams and individuals through the change process. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
