The 18 global Threats are the result of miserable guidance in education. Globally, there are 18 global criticalities to understand. Wars have been always rooted in economic fights about resources and Robbery. On governmental level, in case of war, Rulers have no say in matters of exploitation. THE HUMAN POTENTIAL IS STIFLED BY THOSE IN POWER SO THAT THEY CAN MAINTAIN THIS POWER TO WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN ACCUSTOMED. THE OPERATION ON A NEED-TO-KNOW BASIS GIVES REAL KNOWLEDGE ONLY TO THOSE WHO ARE THE MODERN-DAY VERSION OF THE KNIGHTS AND TENANTS IN CHIEFS.
