Abstract The “Emergency Ambulance Hiring Portal” is a critical solution planned to streamline and improve the process of requesting and dispatching ambulance services in times of medical emergencies. It offers a user-friendly interface for users to request ambulance services swiftly, connecting them with nearby medical facilities and emergency response teams. With our innovative application, users can now conveniently book ambulances with just a few taps online. Say goodbye to the hassle of making phone calls or waiting for an ambulance to arrive.

Introduction “Emergency Ambulance Hiring Portal” is a web based technology which manages ambulance records and request for hiring ambulance data in database and provides rights to update the their details. In this web application ambulance details must be added by admin. This web application provides a way to effectively control record & track the request details of ambulance. The “Emergency Ambulance Hiring Portal” is a critical solution planned to streamline and improve the process of requesting and dispatching ambulance services in times of medical emergencies. In this project we use PHP and MySQL database and it has two module i.e. Admin, user.

4. Proposed System The proposed system provides online ambulance services are designed to allow the patients to get instant updates about the information and contact details of the driver driving the booked ambulance. The system works and fulfills all the functionalities as per the proposed system.  It will provide reduced response time against the queries made by different user or patients.    All possible features such as verification, validation, security, user friendliness etc. have been considered.

5. Objectives Provide an interactive platform between administrator and teachers. It is very much faster than manual system. Easy and fastest record finding technique. It is very much flexible to work. It is very user oriented. Data can be stored for a longer period.

6. Project Modules The “Emergency Ambulance Hiring Portal” is a critical solution planned to streamline and improve the process of requesting and dispatching ambulance services in times of medical emergencies. In this project we use PHP and MySQL database and it has two module i.e. Admin, user.

Admin Module Dashboard : In this section, admin can view total listed ambulance, total request received, total new request, total assign request, total on the way ambulance, total patient picked request, total patient reached and total rejected request. Ambulance : In this section, admin can manage Ambulance (Add/Delete/Update). Ambulance Request : In this section, admin can manage ambulance request and have right to assign ambulance and change the status according to current status. Pages: In this section, admin can manage about us and contact us page of website B/D Reports of Request: In this section, admin can generate request report between two dates. Search Request: In this section, admin can search request details on the basis of booking number or relative number or patient name. Admin can also update his/her change the password.

8. User Module Visitor or Patient can visit the website and hire the ambulance.

A neat and clear DFD can depict the right amount of the system requirement graphically. It can be manual, automated, or a combination of both. It shows how data enters and leaves the system, what changes the information, and where data is stored. The objective of a DFD is to show the scope and boundaries of a system as a whole. It may be used as a communication tool between a system analyst and any person who plays a part in the order that acts as a starting point for redesigning a system. The DFD is also called as a data flow graph or bubble chart.

15. Implementation and System Testing After all phase have been perfectly done, the system will be implemented to the server and the system can be used. System Testing The goal of the system testing process was to determine all faults in our project .The program was subjected to a set of test inputs and many explanations were made and based on these explanations it will be decided whether the program behaves as expected or not. Our Project went through two levels of testing Unit testing Integration testing

16. Conclusion The project titled as “Emergency Ambulance Hiring Portal” was deeply studied and analyzed to design the code and implement. It was done under the guidance of the experienced project guide. All the current requirements and possibilities have been taken care during the project time. Computer has got clear advantage over the manual system. The computerized system is more reliable, efficient and fast at the end of the project, I can say that computer play a very crucial role in the development of firm. All the daily reports generated by the system are to be checked by the concerned official so as to ensure that all the transactions have been put through in appropriate accounts and this is tallied with the new vouchers. Computer does maximum work with in minimum time. Because it is used in every field so that it provides comfort and suitability to everyone. Providing maximum facilities and comfort to customers to customers is main goal of the firm. To achieve this goal, other modern facilities relating to computer should have to be provided.
