Thefocusinthislectureisonlyonupdatingthetimeschedule.
Aprojectisupdatedinaspecifictimeintervalswhichimpliesthat
dailyupdatingisnotageneralpractice.
Thistimeintervalissetaccordingtothereportingrequirements/
projectplans.
Toupdatetheproject,alookaheadscheduleismadeforadesired
timeintervalsuchasaweek,monthetc.
