WHY JOIN? Show Ica (suppliers, citizens) and clients/consumers that we care (1) Comply with upcoming due diligence regulation Comply with SIFAV and WRAP Water KPI’s (1) Background: Water Witness Report “How fair is our water footprint in Peru?” FOLLOWING STEPS Evaluate the fee of joining the program (as Flamingo and for our suppliers) Cost benefit analysis Decide if Flamingo will become a member Evaluate possibilities for our supplier’s membership (e.g. collaborate with other buyers) Decide the best approach to convince the suppliers to join Write down the proposal of the membership to suppliers Meeting with suppliers about SIVAF Program membership Follow-up supplier’s registration Be part of the working group sessions
