Primary Responsibilities
Provide first level support on basic operations using documented procedures and available
tools. Your detailed role and responsibilities will be communicated by your Reporting
Manager upon your joining.

Location of work
Currently at Hyderabad, but can be posted at any of Satyam BPO’s offices.

Cost to Company

Rs. 2, 69,520/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Only) Per
Annum break up enclosed.

Other Benefits – In Addition to Salary
Food Coupons of worth Rs 7920 Per Annum provided by the company. The same will be
issued on the day of joining proportionately and the monthly distribution will be done on the
last working day of the month
Group Medical Insurance Policy coverage for dependents to include self, spouse and 2
children only (1+3). Parents are not included in the dependents coverage.
Group Personal Accident Insurance Coverage for self only as per eligibility.
Gratuity as per the Act.

Transport facility
Associates from level 0 to level 4 are eligible for point pick up and point drop.
Point pick up/point drop facility will be provided between 8.00AM - 7.30PM/6.00AM –
6.35PM logout
Associate can opt for cash allowance in lieu of transport facility upto an amount of Rs. 2000
per month which will be a monthly payout.
Lady Associates in night shifts will not be eligible to exercise this option due to the statutory
requirement of providing safe and secure transportation to the closest point to their homes.

Payroll Cut Off Date

In view of the above, you are advised to plan your funds accordingly since the Company will
not provide any Salary advance.

Annual Performance Review

You will be covered under Annual Performance Review as per the Company policy
guidelines.

Performance Based Incentives
The Performance based Incentives will be purely based on your Performance against agreed
goals. The Potential incentive earnings, if any will be applicable to those who are on rolls of
the company at the time of disbursement. Detailed guidelines will be communicated
separately through your Reporting Manager.

Hours of Work
The Company follows 5 working days a week schedule but during the Training Period
(before moving to the production floor) it will be a 6 day working. Each shift spreads across 9
hours a day (including one hour of break time). However as the Company’s business requires
round the clock support, your weekly days off may not necessarily be on Saturdays/Sundays
and you will be required to work in day-night/night shifts. Shift information will be given
well in advance. Occasions may arise when you may be required to serve the Company
beyonrequests must be submitted to your Reporting Manager in writing prior to the period of
time requested as per the policy guidelines. However, you will not be entitled to leave during
notice period. Absence for a continuous period of 3 days, without prior approval including
an overstay of leave, will be treated as abandonment of services. In such an event, your
employment shall automatically come to an end with/without any notice of termination.

Overseas Travel
You will be governed by service agreement for a period of six months from the date of travel
in case if you are required to travel on overseas assignments. You will be eligible for Onsite
allowances as per the Company Policy. In case of separation prior to the six months, you will
not be relieved till the agreement terms are complied, failing which company may take
appropriate legal action.

Validity of the Offer
