The recommended activities and the frequently of doing them give you a clearer understanding of how you will go about the required physical activities. This guide helps you achieve a healthy lifestyle and likewise helps you form good habits to become physically fit while you are young until you reach old age.

Levels of Physical Activities The guide includes activities divided into four levels. Each level specifies the recommended time and frequency. For a particular activity. These activities require time, strength and energy.
Lowest Level of First Level The lowest level is recommended to be done basis. It must be a day – to – day activity. There are simple physical activities yet very important to keep ourselves moving. The activities include going for walks, playing outside, and helping with housework.
B. Second Lower Level The second lower level includes physical activities that recommended to be done 3 to 5 times a week. These activities are good for the heart. These include recreational and aerobic activities sch as playing basketball or volleyball, cycling and running, dancing, and riding a bicycle.
C. Third Level The third level involves activities to be done 2 to 3 times a week. The activities will help improve body parts conditioning, especially the muscles. Leisure activities like dancing, push- ups, pull- ups and tumbling are recommended to attain strength and flexibility. Many of the activities in this category make great family activities. Examples swimming, swinging and playing in the park.
D. Top Level or Peak Level The peak level must be done minimally or a few times a month. These activities do not provide bodily exercises, thus , they will tend to make our body inactive. These are low movement activities and can render our physical body unfit. Over time, inactivity may increase the risk for health
The physical activities to be participated in by every youngster should be moderate in intensity. Just the same, it can still offer many health benefits. The goal however of everyone is to increase one's activity level to improve one's health status How about participating in the different activities below that should be done regularly and habitually.
