EPCC OF Trunkline (50km - 8”) and associated reception facilities and tie-ins at Waha CPF in the AED development comprising: A multiphase pipeline from Anaguid Gathering Point (AGP) to the existing WAHA CPF including pig launching and receiving facilities, 02 Line Valve Stations along the Trunkline , A Slug catcher, A dedicated new flare system and downstream tie-ins for Oil, Gas and water at the Waha CPF. ECM + CAMP HSSE GENERAL GOLDEN RULES

T-Card system & Mustering T-card system is for mustering and counting personnel during emergencies, drills, etc. Everyone shall have his T-card posted in the muster point while he’s in the location. He shall also mind to remove his T-card before leaving it. When alarm raises, you shall report to the muster station, pick-up your T-card and await for instructions HSSE GENERAL GOLDEN RULES

Journey management Road and Driving Rules Always ensure a Journey Management Plan is completed prior to undertaking your journey. NIGHT Driving is explicitly prohibited (unless permitted by Manager and during emergencies) Only use approved desert roads by OMV

Colored Flags Road and Driving Rules To be changed on FSLO instruction. STOP and ask non complying drivers to change to the right colored flag. Colored flag Must be easily seen: Respect Color and dimensions.

Light Vehicles: Driving speed limit is 20Km/h around the camp, production facility and close to well sites. 70Km/h as maximum speed limit on all desert roads. Heavy Duty Vehicles: 50Km/h as maximum speed on all desert road. Violation of speed limit may result in disciplinary action. Road and Driving Rules Speed Limit None is allowed to drive without valid Defensive Driving training certificate

Driving Instruction Road and Driving Rules Always wear your seat belt, no matter how short the distance. Seats without seat belt three points of contact can’t be used Report all unsafe or non-compliance driving practices. Always obey road signs. Parking Rules: Always par on reverse
