Qualitative Assessment Results The qualitative Assessment results were based on in-depth interviews and focus group discussions of the participants in the three pilot municipalities of Davao de Oro. First, their experiences and opportunities were discussed followed by challenges and these were arranged into the following four challenging areas: Social, Technological, Economic, Administrative, and Political challenges.
