done correctly, we should ask first:
‘Can we do the job correctly?’
To ensure that the answer is ‘Yes’. However, we should realize
straight away that such an answer will only be obtained using
satisfactory methods, materials, equipment, skills and
instruction, and a satisfactory or capable ‘process’.
