WHAT is Quality Policy? “Quality can be defined as the ability of the product, service or process to provide the intended value by fulfilling the needs and requirements of the customer or users and gives them a sense of satisfaction.” The set of basic principles and associated guidelines, formulated and enforced by the management of an organization, to direct and limit its actions in pursuit of long-term objectives. Policy is a Statement of intent.
