2. Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941) Tagore was born in 7 th may 1861 in Calcutta in Bengali family,Dwarkadas Tagore Lane,Jurasanko Thakur Bari. His name written in as Rabindranath Thakur in Indian language. He also philosopher and artist. He wrote stories, novel, poems and dramas. He is also known as composing music.

In 1931 he won the “Nobel prize” in literature he was the first Asian to win this prize. He was wrote first poem in his eight year old, When he was 16,old he published the large collection of poetry.
